Hardware Cryptography for the Masses
Hardware Cryptography for the Masses
In Short
The Snowfish embeds the STM32H503 onto a small form factor USB-C device. This allows the host device to access it’s hardware cryptography features, such as
- HASH (SHA-1, SHA-2) (FIPS PUB 180-4)
- DSS (FIPS PUB 186-4)
- HMAC (FIPS PUB 198-1)
- True random generator (NIST SP 800-90B)
- 96-bit unique ID
Leveraging the onboard 128K of non volatile double error detection ECC and 2K of one time programmable (OTP) memory the device also functions as a high security two factor authentication (2FA) device.
Also, it costs under $10!
The Snowfish’s user is soley responsible for any consequences of using the device. This device comes with absolutely no certifications, warranty or guarentees.
